Chocolate n Quilling - Hairun untuk husband

Coklat ini Hairun (teman study d Uitm) telah tempah untuk husband nye yang akan pulang ke Malaysia selama seminggu. Semoga baby nye cepat sembuh. Aku jumpa Hairun ketika melawat anak nya masuk wad di hopspital pantai, Bangsar pada Sabtu lepas.

Sempena perkahwinan rakan yang akan melangsung perkawinan esok, 7 April 2012, coklat yang dihias quilling inilah yang dapat aku kasi. Nak kasi hadiah barang2 lain, nanti Addy dah nak berhijrah ke Jambi. Jenuh nak berangkut pula :)

Heart Shape Chocolate ini pemberian aku untuk Shahdan. Aku buat dua jenis heart shape chocolate. Jenis yang pertama, coklat ada 2 lapis yang mana white chocolate lapisan atas dan dark chocolate lapisan bawah, manakala di dalamnya ada almond nut .

Heart shape chocolate yang satu lagi adalah praline. Fillingnya aku masukkan wafer flake. Aku nak letakkan nestum tetapi bila dah buat baru aku sedar nestum adik aku dah ambil dan bawa ke hostel dia.

Beryls - Chocolate and cake demo

Beryls adakan demo coklat n cake. For those yang interested boleh la join pada 14 April 2012, pukul 10am-1pm. Nak join hanya perlu bayar RM25.

Pukul 2-4pm ada kelas chocolate truffle di Yummies . chef nye adalah chef Rose. Kelas chef Rose hanya perlu bayar yuran RM20.
