Wafer / Cornflake Chocolate with paper quilling decoration for Sahdan Wedding

Heart Shape Chocolate ini pemberian aku untuk Shahdan. Aku buat dua jenis heart shape chocolate. Jenis yang pertama, coklat ada 2 lapis yang mana white chocolate lapisan atas dan dark chocolate lapisan bawah, manakala di dalamnya ada almond nut .

Heart shape chocolate yang satu lagi adalah praline. Fillingnya aku masukkan wafer flake. Aku nak letakkan nestum tetapi bila dah buat baru aku sedar nestum adik aku dah ambil dan bawa ke hostel dia.

Beryls - Chocolate and cake demo

Beryls adakan demo coklat n cake. For those yang interested boleh la join pada 14 April 2012, pukul 10am-1pm. Nak join hanya perlu bayar RM25.

Pukul 2-4pm ada kelas chocolate truffle di Yummies . chef nye adalah chef Rose. Kelas chef Rose hanya perlu bayar yuran RM20.

Paillete Feuilletine (Biskut Wafer) Chocolate

Hari ini awal2 pagi aku dah bangun, mungkin sebab aku tidur awal kerana balik lewat dari ofis atau mungkin kerana tak sabar2 nak balik kg. Sebelum solat, aku pun cairkan coklat. Kiranya dah selesai solat bolehlah aku mulakan step seterusnya. Resepi ini aku gantikan dengan wafer.

Bahan:

200 gm coklat susu yang telah ditemper (atau compound)

20 gm peanut butter (atau paste kekacang lain eg hazelnut paste)

10 gm paillete feuilletine

Cara:
1. Campurkan peanut butter dan paillete feuilletine ke dalam coklat susu couverture yang telah ditemper.
2. Masukkan ke dalam mould coklat mengikut bentuk digemari, kemudian keraskan

1st time coklatku buat akan terbang ke India.

Tapi gift ni aku x post sebab tu aku tak de kasi charge courier.

Customerku kirim kat kawan dia yang akan pulang ke tanahairnye...

Gift ni utk wife kesayangan dia yang sedang pregnant anak pertama...

Moist Chocolate Cake

Niat di hati nak buat cheese tart tapi adik aku teringin lak nak mkn kek coklat. Puas aku cari resepi yang sesuai sebab kat rumah hanya ada 3 biji telur ayam sahaja yang belum aku masuk dalam peti sejuk. Setelah puas cari-cari, aku dapatlah resepi kat http://hanieliza.fotopages.com/?entry=882568 tapi cara membuatnya aku ikut style aku sendiri la.... Resepi ini juga tak masukkan susu tapi digantikan dengan air. Sebab itulah aku pilih resepi ini

Bahan
180 gm butter
250 gm gula kastor
3 biji telur
300 gm air

250 gm tepung gandum
50 gm serbuk coklat
1 sudu teh baking powder
1 sudu teh soda bikarbonate

Cara:

1. Gula dan butter dipukul sehingga kembang dan gebu.
2. Masukkan telur satu persatu.
3. Satukan tepung gandum, serbuk coklat, baking powder dan soda bikarbonate. Ayak 3 kali
4. Masukkan campuran tepung gandum dan air secara selang seli
5. Bakar dalam oven yg telah dipanaskan 180'C selama 50 -60 minit.
